U5-U10 Program
Can we make up a missed training?
Yes, must be made up during the month. Make up trainings do not carry over to the next month.
Can we try it out before we sign up?
Yes, you get one free training.
What type of shoes do I need?
We will be on grass so cleats, turf/indoor, and running shoes are all ok. If you have shin guards, you're welcome to wear them.
What else do I bring?
A smile, water, and maybe sunscreen.
How many kids per coach?
16 kids max per coach.
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are handled case by case and we reserve the right to deny refund to participant.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and card.
Why is your mascot an onion?
The founder is originally from the small town of Walla Walla WA. You see, back in the day before wine came into town Walla Walla was known for their sweet onions. Also, the owner every summer growing up worked in the onion fields.
Why these colors and design?
We've arrived at these colors and design because the founder grew up watching Real Madrid and Boca Juniors. This logo represents his childhood and his grassroots into this beautiful, lovely game we call futbol.
Apparel
What materiel are your cloths made of?
Most of our jerseys/training kits are made from 100% polyester and our hoodies are made from a cotton blend which are extremely soft and comfortable.
Will my cloths shrink?
You shouldn't experience shrinkage on our jerseys/training kits. Now, our hoodies contain cotton so they may shrink a little when wash and dried. To avoid shrinkage, it is best to wash on cold and dry on low tumble or hang dry.
Do sizes run big?
Yes, jerseys/training kits do run big.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.00
If you live locally, you will have the option to pick your order up at our training location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Standard shipping which takes up to 3-5 business days.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Returns
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items (other than FINAL SALE) that are unworn. Please contact info@lilonionsfa.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL, and returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Any return item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are none-refundable.
